Frequently asked questions
Delivery
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are additional and will be added at checkout.
This depends on your location. Orders processed here typically take 1-4 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take 7-16 days. Delivery information will be sent in your order confirmation email.
Free shipping for orders over 399 SEK within Sweden, otherwise 59 SEK
If you accidentally enter an incorrect address, please contact info@sintridou.com as soon as possible.
Please always check the contents of your package upon arrival. Should anything be missing, it is your responsibility to notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
If there is damage to your package, if you suspect that any packaging has been opened and any contents are missing, this should be documented carefully and contact either info@sintridou.com or DHL Freight.
If an order is not picked up and is returned to us, we will charge a return fee of 149 SEK.
DHL Freight Service Point
Your order is always delivered with DHL Freight unless otherwise selected. This means that your order is normally shipped within 1-3 business days within Sweden and picked up at your nearest DHL agent.
Free shipping for orders over 399 SEK within Sweden, otherwise 49 SEK.
Please note that orders placed during weekends will be shipped the following weekday at the earliest.
When ordering engraving and specially ordered products, the delivery time varies between 2-6 working days.
You can always track your package through the link included in your order confirmation. Please note that it may take 24 - 48 hours for the status to update.
DHL Express
For express delivery, a cost of 349 SEK will be added.
Delivery takes place within 1-2 days (Monday - Friday) when ordered before 2:00 PM local time (Monday-Thursday), excluding holidays.
Please note that some postal codes in sparsely populated areas have extended delivery times (+1 day) for express delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse home delivery to addresses in remote locations. If such a case arises, we will contact you before delivering.
You can choose whether the shipment should be delivered to your home, to a service point of your choice, or if it should be delivered to another postal code.
Express delivery does not apply to engraving.
Payment
Klarna Checkout, Payson Checkout 2.0, Paypal and Swish E-commerce.
In some cases, emails from us unfortunately end up in spam or unwanted emails. We therefore ask that you check to make sure that it has not ended up there.
If your purchase is not approved when you choose to pay by invoice, it may be due to a couple of different reasons.
1. To purchase on invoice, you must be 18 years of age.
2. The address you provided is incorrect. When paying by invoice, only registered addresses are accepted.
3. You have exceeded the maximum amount for the invoice. As this can vary and if you want to know your maximum amount, contact Klarna on 08-120 120 00 or Payson on 08-470 94 00.
4. You have entered an incorrect social security number. Please note that the social security number is checked against the address you are registered at, so these two must be matched for the invoice purchase to go through.
5. Klarna or Payson (which we use for invoice purchases), do not approve your credit.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you have received the goods you have ordered. A cost of 29 SEK will be added to cover the costs of return and administration. When changing size or color, there is no return cost.
- You must notify us of your withdrawal. The message should be sent to us at info@sintridou.com . Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and the goods to which the return applies.
- We will then email you a return label that you print out and attach to your shipment. You should hand over your shipment to a DHL agent within 30 days at the latest. Don't forget to fill out and attach the return form with the return code (the reason for your return). You are responsible for the condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well packaged and in suitable packaging, for example the same packaging they were delivered in.
- As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation via email.
- Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@sintridou.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, a description of the error and a picture of the product you wish to complain about.
- If we are unable to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will cover return shipping for approved complaints.

Nickel is a silvery white, highly shiny metal that is used, among other things, in the manufacture of stainless steel. All costume jewelry and jewelry sold in the EU is required to be nickel-tested and approved according to EU regulations. Nickel-tested products may therefore contain a small amount of nickel. All jewelry sold at Sintridou complies with the EU directive on nickel.
