Our personal data processing policy describes what data we collect, for what purpose it is collected, how you can control your own data, and how you can contact us.

1. Who is responsible for processing your data?

When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The personal data stored are first name, last name, address, email, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number is also stored with the selected payment provider. The information is saved to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna, Payson, Paypal, Swish, and card payment.

Purpose: Display relevant product recommendations, send direct marketing via electronic communication channels, e.g., by running campaigns or sending offers and invitations to events. 5.4 Response Data

5.7 Who processes the data?

Your privacy is very important to us. SINTRIDOU therefore does not disclose your data to third parties, and we would never sell your data. However, data may be processed by so-called personal data processors, i.e., companies with whom SINTRIDOU collaborates regarding IT operations, payment solutions, analysis, printing, distribution, and marketing. These parties may not use data about you for any purpose other than to provide the services they are engaged for and only on the terms specified by SINTRIDOU.

5.8 How do we protect your data?

SINTRIDOU values your integrity and places great importance on the secure processing of your personal data. We use appropriate technical solutions and administrative processes and routines to manage and protect the data we collect. Special attention is paid to information security to prevent, hinder, and detect if data is spread to outsiders or lost. Access to personal data is only granted to those who need it for their work tasks.

6. Storage period

Data is not stored longer than necessary with regard to the purpose of the processing. This means, in practice, that data is purged when it is no longer current or necessary for analysis or direct marketing and the purposes for which it was collected.

7. Your rights

7.1 Register extract

You can, free of charge, once a year at most, request a register extract of what data SINTRIDOU processes about you. The register extract will be sent to you within one month of the request being received. The register extract will be sent to your registered residential address.
