1. Ordering

Products are ordered via our webshop www.sintridou.com, and once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. In the confirmation, you will find all details about products, price, billing, and delivery address. If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately by email at info@sintridou.com.

If you have any other questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact our customer service.

2. Prices

All prices in the webshop are stated in SEK including VAT (25%). We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, and reserve the right to adjust the price. We reserve the right to change prices on the website without prior notice.

3. Typographical errors

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on the website as well as final sale of products. We reserve the right to reject incorrect orders. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the exact appearance of the products, as there may be some color differences depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.

4. Customer details

To shop in our webshop, you must provide the mandatory information necessary for us to deliver your products. Your email address is important so that we can confirm your order and inform you of any changes to your order. Please check your details every time you place a new order so that the latest information is always registered. We do not disclose your information to other companies or organizations. 5. Delivery

At checkout, you can choose between different shipping options based on your preferences. There you will also find the cost of shipping based on the delivery option you choose. Once your package has left our warehouse, we will send you a delivery confirmation. The confirmation includes a link with a tracking number where you can follow your delivery.

If you order on weekdays (excluding public holidays) before 11:00 AM, your delivery will be shipped the same day. Exceptions apply to engraving, which incurs a longer delivery time.

5.1 Delivery Sweden

For purchases over 399 SEK, we offer free shipping on all delivery options. For purchases under 399 SEK, shipping will be charged as follows:

Postnord home delivery: 59 SEK 1-4 days delivery time

Postnord agent: 59 SEK 1-4 days delivery time


Your package will remain at the selected pick-up point for fourteen (14) days, after which it will be returned to us. For packages that are not collected, an administrative fee of 149 SEK will be charged. This fee covers the costs of shipping, return, and administration.

Pick up your package at our showroom (0 SEK)

Our showroom is located at Östra Förstadsgatan 2, 211 31 Malmö, where we also have our office. Staff are available on non-holiday weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. As soon as we have packed your order, you will receive a notification to the email address you provided. Picking up your order from us is completely free of charge. You then have 14 days to pick up your package before we accumulate the order. If for any reason you cannot pick up your order within these 14 days, please contact our customer service either by email info@sintridou.com or by phone +46 406 213 344, and we will assist you in the best possible way.

5.2 International delivery

Should delivery delays occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you need to contact us via email as soon as possible: info@sintridou.com.

Delivery Denmark: Postnord 99 SEK 2-6 days delivery time

Your package will remain at the pick-up point for seven (7) days, after which the package will be returned to us. For uncollected packages, an administrative fee of three hundred Swedish kronor (300 SEK) will be charged. This fee covers the costs of shipping, return, and administration.

Delivery other countries: DHL express 349 SEK 3-7 days delivery time

Your package will remain at the pick-up point for fourteen (14) days, after which the package will be returned to us. For uncollected packages, an administrative fee of three hundred Swedish kronor (300 SEK) will be charged. This fee covers the costs of shipping, return, and administration.

6. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing products on the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the date you received the products you ordered. The products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. A fee of 29 SEK will be charged and deducted from the amount you are reimbursed. A return slip is included in your delivered package. This should be filled out and sent back with the product(s).

Make sure to save the receipt for your return until it has been received and registered by us. Be careful that the goods are well protected so that they do not risk being damaged during transport. As a customer, you are solely responsible for the condition of the returned goods upon arrival at SINTRIDOU's return reception.

6.1 Right of withdrawal does not apply to

Jewellery and accessories that have been specially tailored for you. The right of withdrawal also does not apply when you have chosen to engrave a piece of jewellery or an accessory. For more information about the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.

6.2 When exercising your right of withdrawal

  1. You must notify us that you have regretted your purchase and wish to return it. This must be done via email, which you send to info@sintridou.com within 30 days of receiving your products. In your message, you must state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to.
  2. For DHL deliveries: We will email you a prepaid address label for you to print and attach to your shipment. You should then drop off your shipment at a DHL agent within 30 days.

    For Postnord deliveries: We will email you a prepaid QR code. You show this at your postal agent, who will then help you print a return slip.
  3. As soon as we have received your return, we will send a confirmation via email.

6.3 Refund of returned products

The refund for returned goods will be made using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. It takes up to 14 days for us to process and approve your return at our e-commerce warehouse. Thereafter, the refund will be issued to you within 1-2 banking days. If you purchased your goods with Klarna invoice and have not yet paid for the order, the invoice will be adjusted, and returned products will be removed.

No return cost will be charged for size or color exchanges.

6.4 Damaged or incorrect product

We inspect all products before shipping them to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the error free of charge.

Contact our customer service via info@sintridou.com as soon as you notice the damage/incorrect product. Provide as detailed a description as possible of what is damaged or incorrect, and attach an image and order number directly for faster support.

6.5 Size exchange

For size exchanges, please contact us at info@sintridou.com and provide your name, order number, and the item you wish to exchange. We will then send you a return slip completely free of charge. As soon as we have received your product, we will send you a new one in the size you requested.

7. Complaints

SINTRIDOU offers a three-year right to make a complaint in accordance with current consumer protection law against manufacturing and material defects. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear, careless handling, or damage due to accidents. In addition to the warranty, the Consumer Sales Act applies, according to which you have three years to complain about an original defect in a product. The fact that you receive a warranty with a shorter validity period does not mean that the complaint period is shortened. The difference is that once the warranty has expired, you as the customer must prove that the defect was present from the beginning.

Notification of a defect in an item must be given within a reasonable time from when you, as a customer, discovered, or should have discovered, the defect. In the event of a complaint, we offer a new identical item, or if such is not available, an equivalent item. Contact customer service via info@sintridou.com.

7.1 Commitment in a complaint case

Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@sintridou.com, where you state your name, address, email address, order number, a description of the defect, and an image of your product.

If we cannot remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se
