Shipping and delivery

Delivery

At checkout you can choose between different shipping options based on your own preferences. There you will also find how much the shipping costs based on the delivery option you choose. Once your package has left our warehouse, we will send you a delivery confirmation. In the confirmation there is a link with a tracking number where you can follow your delivery.

When you order on weekdays (does not apply to public holidays) before 11.00 a.m., your delivery will be sent the same day. Exceptions apply to engraving where a longer delivery time is added.

We are responsible for your order until you have physically received it. If there is visible transport damage to the packaging or product at the time of delivery, please let us know via email as soon as possible. This applies even if the delivery does not correspond to the information in your order confirmation.

In case of incorrect delivery, we make sure to send the correct product or refund the amount depending on what was agreed and what is possible. Any return or delivery cost for new goods is not paid by you as a customer in such a case. We then investigate the situation more closely and in case of incorrect delivery we make sure to send the correct product or refund the amount, depending on what has been agreed and is possible. Shipping

For purchases over SEK 499, we offer you free shipping on all delivery options. Under SEK 499, shipping is charged as follows:

  • Postnord home delivery: SEK 49 1-4 days delivery time
  • Postnord agent: SEK 49 1-4 day delivery time
  • DHL service point: SEK 49 1-3 working days delivery time. Delivery takes place Mon-Fri between 5-9 pm
  • DHL Express domestic (home delivery): SEK 349 delivered within 1-2 days (Monday-Friday) if ordered before 12.00 local time (Monday-Thursday), except on public holidays. Before delivery, you can choose whether you wish to have your shipment delivered to your home or to any service point (also in another postcode). Please note that some postcodes in sparsely populated areas have an extended delivery time (+1 day) for express delivery. We reserve the right to refuse home delivery to addresses in remote locations. If such a case arises, we will contact you before we deliver. Express delivery does not apply to engraving
  • Your package remains at the delivery point for fourteen (14) days, after which the package is sent back to us. For packages that are not picked up, an administrative fee of SEK 149 is added. The fee covers the costs of shipping, returns and administration.

    Collect your package in our showroom (SEK 0)

    Our showroom is at Humlegatan 4 in Malmö, where we also have an office. There are staff on site non-holiday weekdays between 8.00-16.00. As soon as we have packed your order, you will receive a notification to the email address you entered. Picking up your order with us is completely free of charge. You then have 14 days to collect your package before we accumulate the order. If there is something that means you cannot pick up your order during these 14 days, we would like you to contact our customer service either via email info@sintridou.com or via phone +46 406 213 344 and we will help you in the best way possible .

    Delivery outside Sweden

    If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you need to contact us via email as soon as possible: info@sintridou.com.

    Delivery Denmark: Postnord 99 SEK 2-6 days delivery time

    Your package remains at the delivery point for seven (7) days, after which the package is sent back to us. For packages that are not picked up, an administrative fee of three hundred kroner (SEK 300) is added. The fee covers the costs of shipping, returns and administration.

    Delivery other countries: DHL express 349 SEK 3-7 days delivery time

    Your package remains at the delivery point for fourteen (14) days, after which the package is sent back to us. For packages that are not picked up, an administrative fee of three hundred Swedish kronor (SEK 300) is added. The fee covers the costs of shipping, returns and administration
