Shipping and delivery
Delivery
At checkout, you can choose between different shipping options based on your preferences. There you will also find the cost of shipping based on the delivery option you choose. Once your package has left our warehouse, we will send you a delivery confirmation. The confirmation includes a link with a tracking number where you can follow your delivery.
If you order on weekdays (excluding public holidays) before 11:00 AM, your delivery will be dispatched the same day. Exceptions apply to engraving, which incurs a longer delivery time.
We are responsible for your order until you have physically received it. If there is visible transit damage to the packaging or product upon delivery, please notify us via email as soon as possible. This also applies if the delivery does not match the information stated in your order confirmation.
In the event of an incorrect delivery, we will ensure that the correct product is sent or the amount is refunded, depending on what has been agreed upon and what is possible. Any return or delivery cost for a new item will not be paid by you as the customer in such a case. Shipping
For purchases over 499 SEK, we offer free shipping on all delivery options. For purchases under 499 SEK, shipping will be charged as follows:
Postnord home delivery: 49 SEK 1-4 days delivery time Postnord agent: 49 SEK 1-4 days delivery timeDHL service point: 49 SEK 1-3 business days delivery time. Delivery takes place Mon-Fri between 5 PM and 9 PMDHL Express domestic (home delivery): 349 SEK delivered within 1-2 days (Monday-Friday) for orders placed before 12:00 PM local time (Monday-Thursday), except on public holidays. Before delivery, you can choose whether you wish to have your shipment delivered to your home or to a service point of your choice (even to a different postcode). Please note that some postcodes in rural areas have extended delivery times (+1 day) for express delivery. We reserve the right to refuse home delivery to addresses in remote locations. If such a case arises, we will contact you before delivery. Express delivery does not apply to engraving
Your package will remain at the pick-up point for fourteen (14) days, after which it will be returned to us. For packages not collected, an administrative fee of 149 SEK will be charged. This fee covers the costs of shipping, return, and administration.
Pick up your package at our showroom (0 kr)
Our showroom is located at Östra Förstadsgatan 2, 211 31 Malmö where we also have our office. Staff are available on weekdays, excluding public holidays, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. As soon as we have packed your order, you will receive a notification at the email address you provided. Picking up your order from us is completely free of charge. You then have 14 days to collect your package before we accumulate the order. If there is anything preventing you from collecting your order within these 14 days, please contact our customer service either by email info@sintridou.com or by phone +46 406 213 344 and we will assist you in the best possible way.
Delivery outside Sweden
Should delays in delivery occur (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), you need to contact us via email as soon as possible: info@sintridou.com.
Delivery Denmark: Postnord 99 SEK 2-6 days delivery time
Your package will remain at the pick-up point for seven (7) days, after which it will be returned to us. For packages not collected, an administrative fee of three hundred Swedish kronor (300 SEK) will be charged. This fee covers the costs of shipping, return, and administration.
Delivery other countries: DHL Express 349 SEK 3-7 days delivery time
Your package will remain at the pick-up point for fourteen (14) days, after which it will be returned to us. For packages not collected, an administrative fee of three hundred Swedish kronor (300 SEK) will be charged. This fee covers the costs of shipping, return, and administration.
