Right of withdrawal, return & complaint
We at SINTRIDOU always want you as a customer to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. It doesn't always turn out as planned when you order online and you regret your purchase. We are constantly working to improve ourselves and always try to give you as realistic descriptions and pictures of the jewelry as we can.
1. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products on the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received the products you ordered. The products must be unused and in their original packaging to be valid for return. A cost of SEK 29 is added and will be deducted from the amount you will be reimbursed. In your delivered package there is a return slip. You must complete this and send it back with the product(s).
Be sure to save the receipt for your return until it has been received and registered with us. Make sure that the goods are well protected so that they do not risk breaking during transport. As a customer, you are responsible for the condition of the returned item upon arrival at SINTRIDOU's return reception.
1.2 Right of withdrawal does not apply to
Jewelry and accessories that have been tailored especially for you. The right of withdrawal also does not apply when you have chosen to engrave a piece of jewelery or an accessory. For more information on the statutory right of withdrawal, see here .
When exercising your right of withdrawal
- You must notify us that you have regretted your purchase and wish to return it. This is communicated via email that you send toinfo@sintridou.com within 30 days of receiving your products. In your message, you must state your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to.

In the case of delivery by DHL : We will email you back a pre-paid address label that you print out and attach to your shipment. You should hand over your shipment to a DHL representative within 30 days at the latest.
For delivery with Postnord: We will email you a prepaid QR code. You show it to your postal agent, who then helps you print a return slip. - As soon as we have received your return, we will send a confirmation via email.
2. Refund of returned products
The refund for the returned goods takes place with the same payment method that you used at the time of ordering. It takes up to 14 days for us to process and approve your return on our e-commerce warehouse. You will then be reimbursed within 1-2 banking days. If you have purchased your goods with a Klarna invoice and have not yet paid for the order, the invoice will be settled and returned products will be removed.
When changing size or color, there is no return cost.
3. Damaged or faulty product
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or have a production fault when it arrives at you, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to remedy the fault free of charge.
Contact our customer service viainfo@sintridou.com as soon as you see the damage/faulty product. Write in as much detail as you can about what is damaged or incorrect and attach a picture and order number directly for faster support.
4. Change of size
When changing the size, contact us atinfo@sintridou.com and state your name, order number and the item you want to change the size of. We will then send you a return slip completely free of charge. As soon as we have received your product, we will send you a new one in the size you want.
5. Complaint
SINTRIDOU offers a three-year right of complaint in accordance with the current Consumer Purchase Act against manufacturing and material defects. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear, careless handling or accidental damage. In addition to the warranty, the Consumer Purchase Act applies, according to which you have three years to complain about an original defect in a product. The fact that you receive a warranty with a shorter validity period does not mean that the complaint period is shortened. The difference is that when the warranty has expired, it is you as the customer who must prove that the fault was there from the beginning.
Notification of errors in goods is submitted within a reasonable time from when you as a customer discovered, or should have discovered, the error. In the event of a complaint, we offer a new identical item, or if there is no such item, an equivalent item. Contact customer service viainfo@sintridou.com .
5.1 Commitment in the event of a complaint
You should always report any errors and defects to info@sintridou.com, where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number, a description of the error and a picture of your product.
If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with the applicable regulations consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se
