Right of withdrawal, return & complaint
At SINTRIDOU, we always want you, our customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Things don't always turn out as expected when ordering online, and you might regret your purchase. We are constantly working to improve and always strive to provide you with the most realistic descriptions and images of our jewelry.
1. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products on the website, you, as a customer, have a 30-day right of withdrawal, effective from the date you receive the products you ordered. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. A fee of SEK 29 will be charged and deducted from the amount you are refunded. A return slip is included in your delivered package. You must fill this out and send it back with the product/products.
Be sure to save your return receipt until it has been received and registered with us. Take care to ensure that the goods are well protected so that they are not damaged during transport. You, as the customer, are responsible for the condition of the returned item upon arrival at SINTRIDOU's return reception.
1.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to
Jewellery and accessories that have been custom-made specifically for you. The right of withdrawal also does not apply when you have chosen to engrave a piece of jewellery or an accessory. For more information on the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.
When exercising your right of withdrawal
- You must notify us that you have regretted your purchase and wish to return. This is communicated via email to info@sintridou.com within 30 days of receiving your products. In your message, you must state your name, address, email address, order number, and the items the return applies to.

For delivery with DHL: We will email you a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and attach to your parcel. You should then drop off your parcel at a DHL agent within 30 days at the latest.
For delivery with Postnord: We will email you a pre-paid QR code. You show this to your postal agent, who will then help you print a return slip. - As soon as we receive your return, we will send a confirmation via email.
2. Refund for returned products
The refund for returned goods will be made using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. It takes up to 14 days for us to process and approve your return at our e-commerce warehouse. After that, the refund will be made to you within 1-2 banking days. If you purchased your goods with a Klarna invoice and have not yet paid for the order, the invoice will be adjusted, and returned products will be removed.
No return fee will be added for exchanges of size or color.
3. Damaged or faulty product
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is nevertheless damaged or has a manufacturing defect when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the defect free of charge.
Contact our customer service via info@sintridou.com as soon as you notice the damage/faulty product. Describe the damage or fault in as much detail as possible and attach an image and order number for faster support.
4. Size exchange
To exchange a size, please contact us at info@sintridou.com and provide your name, order number, and the item you wish to exchange the size of. We will then send you a return slip completely free of charge. As soon as we have received your product, we will send you a new one in your desired size.
5. Complaint
SINTRIDOU offers a three-year right to complain in accordance with current consumer purchase law against manufacturing and material defects. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear, careless handling, or accidental damage. In addition to the warranty, the Consumer Purchase Act applies, under which you have three years to complain about an original defect in a product. The fact that you receive a warranty with a shorter validity period does not mean that the complaint period is shortened. The difference is that once the warranty has expired, it is you as the customer who must prove that the defect was present from the beginning.
Notification of a defect in an item must be given within a reasonable time from when you, as the customer, discovered, or should have discovered, the defect. In the event of a complaint, we offer a new identical item, or if such is not available, an equivalent item. Contact customer service via info@sintridou.com.
5.1 Commitment in a complaint case
Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@sintridou.com, where you state your name, address, email address, order number, a description of the defect, and a picture of your product.
If we are unable to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se
