1. Order
Products are ordered via our online store www.sintridou.com and when the order is completed you will receive an order confirmation via email. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us by email to info@sintridou.com .
If you have other questions about your order, you are most welcome to contact our customer service.
2. Prices
All prices in the online store are stated in SEK including VAT (25%). We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and reserve the right to adjust the price. We reserve the right to change the prices on the website without prior notice.
3. Printing error
We reserve the right for possible printing errors on the website as well as the final sale of products. We reserve the right to refuse incorrect orders. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.
4. Customer data
In order to shop in our online store, you must enter the information that is mandatory for us to be able to deliver your products. Your email address is important so that we can confirm your order and inform you of any changes to your order. Please check your details each time you place a new order so that the latest information is always recorded. We do not disclose your data to other companies or organizations. 5. Delivery
At checkout you can choose between different shipping options based on your own preferences. There you will also find how much the shipping costs based on the delivery option you choose. Once your package has left our warehouse, we will send you a delivery confirmation. In the confirmation there is a link with a tracking number where you can follow your delivery.
When you order on weekdays (does not apply to public holidays) before 11.00 a.m., your delivery will be sent the same day. Exceptions apply to engraving where a longer delivery time is added.
5.1 Delivery Sweden
For purchases over SEK 399, we offer you free shipping on all delivery options. Under SEK 399, shipping is charged as follows:
Your package remains at the selected drop-off point for fourteen (14) days, after which the package is sent back to us. For packages that are not picked up, an administrative fee of SEK 149 is added. The fee covers the costs of shipping, returns and administration.
Collect your package in our showroom (SEK 0)
Our showroom is at Humlegatan 4 in Malmö, where we also have an office. There are staff on site non-holiday weekdays between 8.00-16.00. As soon as we have packed your order, you will receive a notification to the email address you entered. Picking up your order with us is completely free of charge. You then have 14 days to collect your package before we accumulate the order. If there is something that means you cannot pick up your order during these 14 days, we would like you to contact our customer service either via email info@sintridou.com or via phone +46 406 213 344 and we will help you in the best way possible .
5.2 Delivery abroad
If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you need to contact us via email as soon as possible: info@sintridou.com.
Delivery Denmark: Postnord 99 SEK 2-6 days delivery time
Your package remains at the delivery point for seven (7) days, after which the package is sent back to us. For packages that are not picked up, an administrative fee of three hundred kroner (SEK 300) is added. The fee covers the costs of shipping, returns and administration.
Delivery other countries: DHL express 349 SEK 3-7 days delivery time
Your package remains at the delivery point for fourteen (14) days, after which the package is sent back to us. For packages that are not picked up, an administrative fee of three hundred Swedish kronor (SEK 300) is added. The fee covers the costs of shipping, returns and administration
6. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products on the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received the products you ordered. The products must be unused and in their original packaging to be valid for return. A cost of SEK 29 is added and will be deducted from the amount you will be reimbursed. In your delivered package there is a return slip. You must complete this and send it back with the product(s).
Be sure to save the receipt for your return until it has been received and registered with us. Make sure that the goods are well protected so that they do not risk breaking during transport. As a customer, you are responsible for the condition of the returned item upon arrival at SINTRIDOU's return reception.

6.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to
Jewelry and accessories that have been tailored especially for you. The right of withdrawal also does not apply when you have chosen to engrave a piece of jewelery or an accessory. For more information about the statutory right of withdrawal, see here .
6.2 When exercising your right of withdrawal
- You must notify us that you have regretted your purchase and wish to return it. This is communicated via email that you send to info@sintridou.com within 30 days of receiving your products. In your message, you must state your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to.

In the case of delivery by DHL : We will email you back a pre-paid address label that you print out and attach to your shipment. You should hand over your shipment to a DHL representative within 30 days at the latest.
For delivery with Postnord: We will email you a prepaid QR code. You show it to your postal agent, who then helps you print a return slip. - As soon as we have received your return, we will send a confirmation via email.
6.3 Refund of returned products
The refund for the returned goods takes place with the same payment method that you used at the time of ordering. It takes up to 14 days for us to process and approve your return on our e-commerce warehouse. You will then be reimbursed within 1-2 banking days. If you have purchased your goods with a Klarna invoice and have not yet paid for the order, the invoice will be settled and returned products will be removed.
When changing size or color, there is no return cost.
6.4 Damaged or faulty product
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly dispatched when it arrives at you, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
Contact our customer service via info@sintridou.com as soon as you see the damage/faulty product. Write in as much detail as you can about what is damaged or incorrect and attach a picture and order number directly for faster support.
6.5 Change of size
When changing the size, contact us at info@sintridou.com and state your name, order number and the item you want to change the size of. We will then send you a return slip completely free of charge. As soon as we have received your product, we will send you a new one in the size you want.
7. Complaint
SINTRIDOU offers a three-year right of complaint in accordance with the current Consumer Purchase Act against manufacturing and material defects. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear, careless handling or accidental damage. In addition to the warranty, the Consumer Purchase Act applies, according to which you have three years to complain about an original defect in a product. The fact that you receive a warranty with a shorter validity period does not mean that the complaint period is shortened. The difference is that when the warranty has expired, it is you as the customer who must prove that the fault was there from the beginning.
Notification of errors in goods is submitted within a reasonable time from when you as a customer discovered, or should have discovered, the error. In the event of a complaint, we offer a new, similar item, or if such is not available, an equivalent item. Contact customer service via info@sintridou.com .
7.1 Commitment in the event of a complaint
You should always report any errors and defects to info@sintridou.com, where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number, a description of the error and a picture of your product.
If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se
